First Aid is easy if you know what to do, although most of its application is based around common sense. However, the study revealed that 57% did not know how to help someone who had fainted and sixty percent were unaware of the correct way to deal with a nosebleed.
Actual first aid training is not always available but it’s certainly advisable to own a first aid manual. In fact, every home and family should own one. First Aid Manuals are excellent for providing simple step-by-step guides on treating injuries and for giving guidance on how to respond in emergency situations.
