A homeless man from Framingham was ordered held on $20,000 cash bail following his arraignment in Marlborough District Court yesterday on charges stemming from a car accident and police chase Sunday night.
Scott MacDonald, 43, pleaded not guilty to 11 charges, including trying to run down a police officer.
