Episode 14 In Pursuit of Naraku
Byakuya of Dreams arrives at the scene of Sesshomarus and Inuyashas battle against Shishinki. Byakuya summons the rock demons and asks of them to tell him what had happened, and learns of Sesshomarus completion of Meido Zangatsuha.
Sesshomaru goes ad visit an old friends, Totosai. Totosai was about to leave his place as he knows that Sesshomaru would be coming after him. Before Totosai could leave, he was greeted by a Meido. Sesshomaru confronts Totosai about the truth behind Tenseigas existence. Knowing that Tenseiga is suppose to end up as part of Tetsusaiga again, it does not please Sesshomaru abit. Instead, it angers him and wants to attack Totosai with a Meido. Totosai reveals that it is indeed and Sesshomaru has said about his fathers plans for his sword. Totosai prevents Sesshomaru from attacking him first and hides away. Also, he informs Sesshomaru that his father has a long-term plan for him. And that he has to not hate Inuyasha and give up Tenseiga willingly in order to achieve it. What could the long-term plan be?
While away, Rin, Jaken and Kohaku are being left alone. Taking this opportunity, Naraku arrives and attempts to take Kohakus Jewel Shard. However, when Naraku touches Kohaku, the Shards light reacts and causes a purifying attack upon Naraku. Taking this opportunity [link widoczny dla zalogowanych], Kohaku escapes with Rin and Jaken. Naraku then pursuits them further and has another plan on taking the Jewel shard without touching Kohaku. While in pursuit [link widoczny dla zalogowanych], Inuyasha catches the scent of Narakus miasma and Kagome senses that Kohaku is around, due to the jewel, and warns that it is getting defiled. Attempting to pursuit Naraku, they were interrupted by Byakuya. Inuyasha attacks Byakuyas seemingly weak defends, but when attacked, it creats a huge amount of Miasma. Miroku then uses his Wind Tunnel and sucks in the Miasma. Resisting Byakuyas attack, the gang allowed Sango and Kiara to move ahead and help Kohaku.
Naraku catches up with Kohaku and surrounds them with miasma. Kohaku gives Rin the mask which filters the air, and he is left to breathe in the Miasma. Naraku now attempts to control Kohakus movements and wants to cut his head off, along with the jewel. As Kohaku is about to cut off his head, Sango stops him. Naraku then tries to psychologically play with Sangos heart, however, she has grown to accept and understand the past, and is no longer affected. Then, Sango attacks Naraku with her Hiraikotsu. Naraku laughs at her futile attempt, but is caught by surprise as he was cut into pieces and cannot regroup back together. Inuyahsa and gang then arrive and use a group attack on Naraku. Naraku then narrowly escapes the attacks.
Back at Narakus hide out [link widoczny dla zalogowanych], Naraku orders Byakuya to send Sesshomaru a piece of the whats left of the mirror demon, and says Sesshomaru shall be his pawn in the game. But is Sesshomaru really his pawn?
